On behalf of the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber, we are pleased to extend a formal invitation for your corporate ERG/BRG/Pride Affinity group to join our Corporate Inclusion Alliance and to participate in the inaugural Corporate Inclusion Alliance Summit on Tuesday, September 22.
This summit will convene ERG/BRG leaders and corporate partners from across the Tampa Bay region for a focused dialogue on LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. Together, we will explore best practices, discuss shared challenges, highlight successful initiatives, and strengthen cross‑company collaboration that supports employees in showing up to work as their most authentic selves.
