Develop, grow and maintain military and commercial channel partner relationships

Regularly appraise the channel partner and relationship and ensure we are receiving best in class service

Regularly review the channel partner strategy and maintain a dossier on alternative solutions

Generate and monitor KPI’s for the channel partners and report on a monthly basis, putting in place remedial activities if there are issues

Communicate to management market conditions, regulatory changes & channel partner performance

Review, develop and manage aftermarket channel growth room

Identify and generate plans to develop and grow business with channel partners

Generate, update and manage annual sales and order forecast from the channel partner, using their input data
