Empath Partners in Care (EPIC), formed in 2016 through the merger of AIDS Service Association of Pinellas (ASAP) and Francis House, is dedicated to inclusivity, compassion, and empowerment. These values guide EPIC’s mission to enhance lives by addressing the social determinants of health for individuals and families impacted by HIV. EPIC delivers life‑changing services regardless of HIV status, gender, or ability to pay.
EPIC provides a comprehensive, integrated continuum of care that includes medical and housing case management, intensive housing stabilization services, mental health counseling, psychiatric medication management, HIV and STI testing and outreach, emergency financial assistance, and housing assistance through Tenant‑Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) and Short‑Term Rent, Mortgage, and Utility (STRMU) programs, and other wrap around support programs.
