TomCo Solutions Inc

I'm Tommy Whitehead, President & CEO of TomCo Solutions, a licensed design-build general contractor in Tampa. I started TomCo in 2018 as a remodeling shop, one job at a time, learning what hides behind the drywall. Today we design and build homes across Tampa Bay. TomCo is a 2026 Inc. 5000 honoree, ranked No. 42 among the fastest-growing construction companies in the country, and the South Tampa Chamber's Innovative Business of the Year.

I run TomCo on one rule: do the math. Honest numbers, no surprise change orders, and no bid that looks too good to be true.

I also founded the Pride Construction Coalition, because the trades should have room for everybody who wants to pick up a hammer.

At home, I'm married to my husband, Nathan, who is my partner in just about every business I've got. We're raising our son, Matt, a soccer kid through and through.
