About
The Tampa Bay International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (TIGLFF) is Florida's oldest LGBTQ+ film festival. Our mission is to entertain, empower, and enlighten and create a sense of community through the exhibition of queer cinema.
TIGLFF provides year round programming with our Tampa Edition in October, St. Petersburg Edition in January, the Trans Film Festival in March, Queer in Color Film Festival in June, and our A-List Monthly Community Programmer Film Series. Films are presented as both in-person and virtual screenings. TIGLFF also offers the best branding exposure of any arts & culture organization in the Tampa Bay area with guaranteed eyes on the screen before both in-person and virtual film screenings.
A queer focused film festival allows for our stories to be told, heard, and experienced. It shows we are here and we matter. It also allows our sponsors to show their support for the community. TIGLFF allows our patrons to be entertained by the stories we show, empowered by the sense of the community they experience, and enlightened by the history we present through film.
