Oversees the Chamber’s financial health, including budgeting, reporting, and investment strategies. This committee collaborates closely with the Treasurer and President/CEO to ensure financial transparency and sustainability. The Chamber shall maintain accurate and complete books and records of accounts, minutes of the proceedings of its Board and committees, and a record of members entitled to vote. All records shall be kept **in accordance with applicable Florida statutes and IRS regulations.
