This Chamber breakfast will allow us to come together to discuss the importance of showing up as LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace. Our 2 panel discussions will focus on small business owners and on community members in corporate settings. We want to hear from local businesses, LGBTBEs and other certified businesses, Employee Resource Group members, and corporate diversity/supplier diversity professionals to provide a platform to share ideas, best practices, and experiences, and to collaborate on strategies and solutions that promote equity initiatives.
