West Florida Volunteer Opportunities: Pride in March 2023.  A brief description of event is below. - Tampa Pride Festival and Parade: March 25th in Ybor, Florida CAN will be testing, tabling, and participating in the parade as a diamond-level sponsor! A) Festival - Saturday, 3/25/23, 9:00am - 5:00pm B) Parade - Saturday, 3/25/23, 2:00pm, parade will wind its way east from the corner of Nuccio Parkway and E 7th Avenue, down E 7th Avenue to N 20th Street Please note a few benefits: Opportunity to engage with the community and spread the word about the clinic(s) in your local area. Engagement with other members of the CAN community. A few logistical requirements are below: · The general volunteer duties will vary, and include but are not limited to the following: parking, logistics, volunteer station, resources, etc. These are subject to change pending the needs of the local community. The volunteer ‘leader’ will provide volunteer assignments. · The volunteer times will vary, though predict to be approximately an 8-hour day due to the logistical limitations in place in many areas. · Specific logistics for the dates (i.e., location, time) will be provided a week before this event when the event organizer (PRIDE) traditionally finalizes key logistics.
