Belonging in Business Breakfast - May 2026

Description

Start your morning with purpose, connection, and bold conversation. The Belonging in Business Breakfast invites Chamber members and guests into a dynamic, interactive dialogue centered on inclusion, visibility, and authentic leadership in the workplace.

Instead of a traditional panel, we’ll use the fishbowl method — a participatory format where attendees rotate into the conversation circle, sharing insights, listening deeply, and shaping the discussion together. Whether you're in the bowl or observing from the outer circle, your presence helps build a richer, more inclusive business community.

There will be opportunities for everyone else in the room to become part of the discussion utilizing vacant chairs in the inner circle. We want to hear from local businesses, LGBTBEs and other certified businesses. Employee Resource Group members, and corporate diversity/supplier diversity professionals are also encouraged to share ideas, best practices, and experiences, and to collaborate on strategies and solutions that promote programs that celebrate our differences.
