STREET FESTIVAL TIMELINE 9:00am – Vendor set-up begins. 10:15am – No more vehicles allowed in festival area. All articles will have to be hand-carried or carted in. 10:45am – The Tampa Pride Festival begins. 4:15pm – Festival ends. 4:15pm – 5:30pm – Tear-down and clean-up.
